The system is composed of high-precision sensors, an automatic lid opening device, an automatic opening locator, an automatic filling device, and an automatic sealing device. Each part is meticulously designed to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy
Automatic Conveying: At the very beginning of the system, IBC containers are automatically conveyed to the filling position via a conveyor belt. The conveying system precisely positions each IBC container, ensuring it reaches the designated position accurately. As you can see, this step is fully automated, requiring no manual intervention.
Automatic Lid Opening: Once the IBC container reaches the filling position, the automatic lid opening device activates, swiftly and safely opening the lid. This process is not only fast but also ensures operational safety, enhancing overall production efficiency.
Automatic Opening Locator: Next, the system automatically identifies the opening of the IBC container. Using MICROTESS’s high-precision sensors, the opening locator ensures the filling nozzle is accurately aligned with the opening, preventing any spillage or wastage of liquid.
Automatic Filling: After positioning is complete, the filling process begins. The high-precision filling system dispenses the liquid according to the set volume and speed, while the built-in MICROTESS weighing system continuously monitors the fill weight in real-time to ensure each fill meets the set standards. The filling process automatically stops when the target weight is achieved.
Automatic Sealing: Upon completing the filling, the automatic sealing device tightens the lid, ensuring the IBC container is securely sealed. This sealing process is also fully automated, further enhancing operational convenience and efficiency.
Throughout the filling and sealing process, built-in MICROTESS sensors continuously monitor the flow and weight of the liquid, displaying the data synchronously on the control panel. This real-time data allows operators to make immediate adjustments, ensuring efficient and stable production processes.
To ensure operational safety, the equipment is equipped with multiple safety measures, including explosion-proof designs and emergency stop buttons. Daily maintenance is straightforward, allowing operators to easily clean and inspect the equipment, ensuring the system’s long-term stable operation
