To address the installation needs of the customer’s tanks with special dimensions, we relied on the non-standard customization capability of the MM-series weighing modules. We adjusted the main shape and installation dimensions of the modules according to the tank interface dimensions and installation space parameters provided by the customer, and provided detailed installation drawings and cable connection guidelines. The modules adopt a 4-wire circuit with clear cable color coding (e.g., green for +Signal, yellow for Shield, etc., and the Shield wire must be connected to the load cell body), ensuring that the on-site installation team can quickly complete wiring and commissioning, significantly shortening the project cycle.
The 50 sets of MM-series weighing modules purchased by the customer for the first time were quickly put into use in the tank weighing systems of 3 chemical enterprises after installation and commissioning.
