System Overview

Our company’s precision liquid filling scale uses an insert-type above-liquid surface filling method, suitable for non-foaming (or slightly foaming) materials. The uniquely designed spray gun device is easy to operate, ensuring fast and accurate filling while minimizing residual drip after filling. During operation, the operator only needs to align the barrel mouth directly under the spray gun nozzle. The system detects the empty barrel, automatically tares, lowers the spray gun to the required filling barrel, opens the filling valve, and performs precise dual-speed filling. Once filling is complete, the spray gun head automatically retracts from the barrel mouth, and the operator manually moves the barrel off the scale platform to complete the process.

When filling starts again, the gun head descends, the liquid cup rotates, and the residual liquid flows into the filling barrel, achieving drip-proof and accurate weighing.
